The Academy for Political Intelligence was established over 25 years ago to provide positive political skills training to counter the negative political practices that were prevalent in the Pyramidal (hierarchic) operating structures that dominated the last century.

In the first two decades of this century however, due to an increased use of Hybrid/Matrixed (heterarchic) and Cellular (holarchic) work structures, in which Gen 'Z' & 'A' corporate citizens enjoy working and are more likely to challenge people who use negative political work practices.  Has only served to highlight the absence of performance-orientated political skills training in both academic and corporate curriculums, globally.
