The Executive Political Intelligence ™ Coaching (EPIC) Profile

The EPIC ™ Profile is a political skill building booklet that enables Coaches, Managers and Mentors to increase the   Political Intelligence™ level of their 'Coachees' through the development of positive 'political influencing' skills.

The EPIC ™ Profile diagnostic Questionnaire provides a Coach with base line information on a Coachee's basic beliefs, behaviours, knowledge and skills in relation to Workplace Politics and provides tools and techniques within the booklet that can be used to help people to develop and deploy a more positive and pro-active political skill set.

The process a Coach would use includes helping their Coachee to:

           1  -  Understand the ' Political Animal ' motivations of themselves and their co-workers
           2  -  Identify their current Political Intelligence ( PI )™ Profile  
           3  -  Review their Political Intelligence ™ Profile and their political influencing preferences & practices
           4  -  Reflect on their personal and professional implications and insights of their PI ™ Profile
           5  -  Prioritise the ' Positive ' political skills and practices they want to develop
           6  -  Create a practice orientated political skills-building Action Plan with follow-up measurements

The EPIC™  booklet can only be purchased by people who are qualified TAFPI Facilitators and it's Facilitator Manual is only given to qualified TAFPI Facilitators on completion of their training.

Political Intelligence ™ provides people with practical tools they can use to positively and pro-actively manage and measure the 'daily politicking' and 'political culture' of their Organization.  Coaches, Managers and Mentors can use the Executive Political Intelligence ™ Coaching Profile to provide their 'Coachees' with both insights and an action plan to positively develop their political influencing skill-set so that they can achieve their personal and Organizational Aims, Ambitions and Agendas more effectively and frequently.
